The session fee covers the photographer's time and talent and post production work, including minor touch-ups. Prints are sold separately.

Your session fee is due and payable at the time of your session. We kindly request 24 hours notice should you need to reschedule. 

Our Session Fee is $70.00 for up to 2 hr.  This includes online proofing within 2 weeks. You may change your outfit as often as you like, but we suggest no more than three in a 2 hour period.  An additional $20.00 will be added for every ˝ hour over the initial 2 hour period.  A $40 additional fee is added for location photography.  No travel charge is added for travel within ˝ hour.  A $20 charge is added for travel ˝ to 1 hour.  Greater than 1 hour will be charged accordingly.  Suggestions for location sites without incurring additional fees include Valley Forge Park, Green Lane Park and any place in the middle.

Please note 6% PA state sales tax will be added to all session fees and print orders.

After your session, Melanie spends time giving your portraits that special touch, the touch that makes your portraits special to you.  In about 2 weeks, we will contact you with a web site for viewing your proofs or you may choose to make an appointment to view your portraits with us.  Your proofs may include color, black and white, sepia and other special effects.  Any of the pictures can have any of these effects.  If you are interested in a special effect not shown, please ask… we may be able to do it for you.

ONLINE PROOFING - Please understand that because of different computer settings, our online images are only representatives of the final image.  The final images have much more detail and there are often color variations due to different monitor settings.

• When placing an order, 50% of your total invoice is due.  The balance is due upon delivery.
• For delivery directly to your home, 100% of your total invoice is due with your order plus a $10 fee to cover Miller's Professional Imaging Direct Delivery Fee.
